Terms and Conditions – The Seventies Sax Straps

1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, and product deliveries by The Seventies Sax Straps via the website or other sales channels, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Product Information
We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or material may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.
3. Orders and Payment
An agreement is established once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received. Payment must be made using the methods offered during checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery Costs
We ship orders via PostNL. The delivery times stated on our website are indicative. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.
Free shipping applies to orders over €149 within the Netherlands, Europe, and internationally. Shipping costs are clearly shown during the checkout process.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be approved in advance via info@seventiessaxstraps.com.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all saxophone straps, starting from the date of purchase.
After the warranty period expires, no further warranty applies. The Seventies Sax Straps shall under no circumstances be liable for any type of consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages. This includes – but is not limited to – damage to musical instruments, accessories, clothing, or other personal property, as well as loss of income or reputational damage.
Our products are designed for private use by amateur or semi-professional musicians. Use in a professional setting – such as intensive daily use by professional musicians or during touring – is not covered by the warranty and is entirely at the user's own risk, due to the increased likelihood of wear and tear.
7. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints can be submitted via info@seventiessaxstraps.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
